Tardigrader.App（以下「当方」）は、Instava（以下「本アプリ」）および本サイトにおける情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。

1. 当方が収集しないもの

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。Instagramへのログイン情報や、保存した写真・動画の内容を、当方が受け取ることはありません。保存したメディアは端末内（Pictures/Instava）に置き、テーマや言語などの設定も端末内だけです。保存と一覧のため写真・動画へのアクセス許可を求めますが、メディアを当方へ送ることはありません。

2. Instagram への通信

投稿の取得・保存のため、入力された投稿URLを端末から Instagram へ直接送ります。当方の中継サーバーはありません。詳しくは Instagram のデータポリシー をご覧ください。

3. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは広告の表示に Google AdMob を利用します。Google が広告ID、IPアドレス、端末やアプリに関する情報を取得する場合があります。詳しくは Google プライバシーポリシー および AdMob の説明 をご覧ください。法令で同意が必要な地域では、Google の同意画面を表示します。本アプリの設定にある「広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できる場合があります。

4. お問い合わせ

本アプリ内のフォームから送った場合に限り、次の情報が Google フォームへ送信されます。

• お問い合わせ種別・本文
• 投稿URL（任意）
• 返信用メールアドレス（任意）
• 環境情報（アプリバージョン、OS、機種、言語設定）

不具合の調査と返信に使い、販売しません。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。

本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、本アプリ内の「要望と不具合のご報告」、または tardigrader.app["at"]gmail.com（["at"] を @ に変えてください）へお願いします。

Privacy Policy

Tardigrader.App (“we”) describes how information is handled in Instava (“the app”) and on this site, as follows.

1. What we don’t collect

The app does not require an account. We do not receive Instagram login credentials or the content of saved photos and videos. Saved media stays on your device (Pictures/Instava), as do settings such as theme and language. The app asks for access to photos and videos so it can save files and show them in the app; media is not sent to us.

2. Communication with Instagram

To fetch and save a post, the app sends the post URL you enter from your device directly to Instagram. We do not operate a relay server. See Instagram’s Data Policy.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. Google may collect advertising IDs, IP addresses, and information about your device and the app. See the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob’s explanation. In regions that require consent by law, we show Google’s consent form. You may be able to change your choices from Ad privacy settings in the app.

4. Inquiries

Only when you send a message from the in-app form, the following is submitted to Google Forms:

• Inquiry type and message
• Post URL (optional)
• Reply email (optional)
• Device info (app version, OS, model, language)

We use this to investigate issues and reply. We do not sell it.

5. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13.
